"What is ...?" Seminar, Berlin, Germany

This community is based on the "What is ...?" seminar at the mathematics department of the Freie Universität Berlin and Berlin Mathematical School, Germany.

The seminar's talks and organization are done by PhD students of the three universities of Berlin, but naturally the seminar is open to everyone.

The community wants to offer everyone interested a platform to communicate, interact and engage in the development of the seminar.

The Anza Borrego Desert State Park Paleontology Society is a volunteer organization which serves to further the scientific and educational goals of fossil collection, curation and analysis.

Anza Borrego Desert State Park is home to the world class Stout Research Center Paleontology Lab where fossilized remains of extinct animals like mammoths and saber toothed cats are prepared, documented and cared for to be used by scientists all over the world.
