Day 4 Reflection

1. Describe your experience in producing your Podcast with your group members. What did you like and dislike?

1. Describe your experience in producing your Podcast with your group members. What did you like and dislike?
-producing the prodcast with our group was somewhat frustrating and hard because we were confused on how to di something or it was just hard.
2. Who was the leader of your group? Why?
-we had no leader in our group we just did everything as we told each other what had to be done and somebody just took the aniciative to do it.
3. Did you vote your leader or did it just happen? Explain.
-we actualy never had a leader for our group.
4. What was your role in producing the Podcast? How did you receive that role?
-we all had the same role in producing the brodcast. for exmple somebody started doing the video and then somebody just took over finished it. then someone started the music or something then they got fustrated and somebody else just took over.
5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?
- the problem we encounter while working with other people was distrust because persons just didn't trust others and thought they were going to destroy everything.
6. How did you overcome the obstacle(s)?
-we just has to get the trust from each other.
7. If your peers ask you what you did this week, what would you tell them? (2 paragraph minimum)
-if my peers asked what we did during this week i would say it was verry fun and fustrating at the same time. what we did was that we got to build hydrophones and then went to the aquarium and tasted the hydrophes!.
the next 2 days we made videos of everithing we did the 2 days before. making the videos was hard especially working with other people who have difrerent point of views.

-if i were ti participate in this institute again what i would change would be beeng so strick with us just because we didn't understand some instructions.
2. What did you enjoy most about the week? Why?
-what i enjoyed most about this week was building the hydrophones and testing them. building something and then testing it and seeing what it recored was very fun and intresting
3. What did you least enjoy about the week? What improvements do you recommend?
- what i enjoyed least from this week was having to strip wire because i just keeped cuting them off.

Day 4 Reflection

1. Describe your experience in producing your Podcast with your group members. What did you like and dislike?
My experience making the Podcasts was fun but frustrating. I disliked that we couldn't really find out how something worked.
2. Who was the leader of your group? Why?
We didn't really have a group leader. We were kind of our own leaders.
3. Did you vote your leader or did it just happen? Explain.
No we did not vote for a leader. We kind of managed to tell each other what to do.
4. What was your role in producing the Podcast? How did you receive that role?
The first day, i didn't really know what to do. The second day, I somewhat did the movie well i actually did the beginning.
5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?
The obstacles that we encountered while working with my peers was trying to figure out who did what. We kind of just shouted out who would do what, or tell someone what to do.
6. How did you overcome the obstacle(s)?
We overcame that obstacle by announcing who would do what. Or just doing it.
7. If your peers ask you what you did this week, what would you tell them? (2 paragraph minimum)
I would tell my peers that. The first day i walked in the class i was tired and didn't feel like doing anything, i thought it would be kind of a boring experience even though the teachers say it would be fun. I soon realized that the teachers were right. We were up and running making some hydrophones. It was fun just watching people and seeing myself struggling while stripping the wires. Stripping the wires seemed the hardest and toughest task while building the hydrophones. It was a fun experience. The next day we went to the Birch Aquarium. We first watched the feeding of some sharks and other fishes. It was exciting to know we would see some feeding, but it wasn't that big of a deal. It was still fun and it took about 20 to 30 minutes for the feeding. We then headed inside to see the exhibits. We saw some crazy looking fishes. It was amazing to find out that something like a sea horse looking like plants even existed. It was cool and very entertaining.
The second and third day we spent on making the Podcasts. Making the iMovie and using garage band was fun but a frustrating experience. But after being done, it was a good feeling knowing that we actually accomplished something that would be shared to the class.

1. If you were to participate in this institute again, what would you change?
I wouldn't change anything! maybe just the food. But other than that, it was all good
2. What did you enjoy most about the week? Why?
I enjoyed the field trip to the Birch Aquarium. The first time i even went to that aquarium it was such a good experience and a nice way to learn about fishes. When i knew i was going to go there again, i was excited to be there again and hoped to see the same fishes i saw the first time i went, but i didn't.
3. What did you least enjoy about the week? What improvements do you recommend?
I enjoyed everything. Nothing should be improved.

the experince with the podcast was very fun it was also stress full mailny because we completed the project the only bad thing was not knowing how to operate everything

sara because she was very very very mean to me and discriminated my rights she made me feel like a failure and never let me have my opinion on the subject

it just happened because she is kinda of a control freak and it is scary to talk to sara when she makes you feel like you cant accomplish anything
4. What was your role in producing the Podcast? How did you receive that role?
i was in charge of the music and editing of the video it just happened as my group was doing their thing i just took my decision to do something
5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?
i would go with disstrust because miss sara santana didnt believe in my accoplisments so i was left out of many activities that i wished to be a part of
6. How did you overcome the obstacle(s)?
i brought a cross necklace to school which kept her away from me

starting with day one and ending with day four i was misstrusted discriminated insulted and well not very respectd. just playing the first day we had icebreaker activites then after we were able to build our very own hydrophones. these are microphones that go underwater. the second day we had a little field trip to the birch aquarium.

my experience creating the hydriphones was very cool because we got to work in grups. also we got to share our ideas with each other.

in my grup every one was a lider because everyone got to share there ideas. also we all agree that no one was going to be the lider for nothing exept for doing the work.

as i said we did not had leaders and every one got to share there ideas.
4. What was your role in producing the Podcast? How did you receive that role?
the role for producing the procast was very difficult because we did not knew how to make the imovie. also we had difficultaties building the hydrophones.
5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?
the obstacles for me when building the hydrophones was alot of fun because i got to learn how to make an imovie.

we cooperate with each other and we got to share the our ideas we each other.

what i did during the week was build the hydrophones and also we got to go to the birch aquarium. we also had fun going to the birch aquariun and got to see all different kinds of sea mammals that where on the aquarium. one of the thing that i enjoy was having to learn about all the different sea animals that i had never saw never in my hole life.i had alot fun my friend because she show me things that he saw when she went to the birch aquerium.

i think that i would not change anything because this week was very intristing to learn about.

having to see a fish that i did not ever see in my life.

i enjoy everything being we my friend and also having my classmates in my group.

i hope that this reapects again in the future......
