Week 4- 09/26
This week was our first experience with the laptops in the classroom. We started an excel spreadsheet where data was logged into a table format. We also focused on getting started on SciVee and replying to discussions.
A focus for next week is to bring in a library of definite music genres to listen to and log the changes in heart rate as well as the average heart rates for the different genres.
In your opinion, what was successful about this Friday's CyberBridge experience and what do you think could be better. Was this your first experience with microsoft excel? Reply in 4-5 sentences.
In my opion what was really sucessfull was that we got to experince with the laptops,It would had been better if we had our own .My experince with Microsoft Excel was kinda odd since ive never used it before but as my first time it wasent that bad . it was exciting that we got to know a little about youre heart rate and the rithym of the music . Overall i had fun because we did not do math !!! ,im looking forward for next week ,so that we can use our ipods .

i think it was overall a cool experience. However i didn't like the fact that my computer didn't have internet so it kinda felt like a waste of time :/ But i know know its not your fault Ms. Waters!! I hope next Friday we get internet access. I'm also curious to see what type of music will bore me the most!
Well this Friday was pretty cool because we had the laptops in our classroom. I felt the period going by fast because I've had already use Microsoft Excel before. I can't wait until next week to see the different changes of our heart rate with the different genres of music. I believe that this Friday was very succesful because everyone who did not had a Scivee account got the chance to make one. Also EVERYONE finished coping the Excel chart thingy.
i think we will have a good i dea on heart rate hearing our fav songs. Cant wait till we learn how songs affect our heart rate.
I've used excel before but I forgot the little tricks to make it easier to use. I think it would have been much better if we had our own laptops but its still ok sharing with another person. Yay music =]

One successful thing about Friday's CyberBridge experience was getting down the excel spreadsheet before class ended.Another successful thing was learning how to use Excel since it was my first time using it. What i think could be better is each student being able to have a laptop.Overall, i think the first actual CyberBridge experience went pretty well.

Last Friday's Cyberbridge experience taught us to cooperate among each other, classmates nearby. Most had partners, but some didn't, as for me I had one. My partner and I had shared the laptop, we entered the data provided of the heart rate changes while listening to certain genres of music. TEAMWORK! This happens to NOT be my first time with microsoft excel i as well have Microsoft OFFICE on my computer containing mostly all of the works.
I thought it was cool having the computers in the room. It gave us as students the opportunity to do this assignment hands on!
And actually know what we were doing!
I thought it was fun........its not my first time using excel but it was good working with other people.........even though they get on my nerves but its all cool....hahaha.........anywayz it was a fun experiment. Maybe next time we could do a research about a type of music and do a presentation on it.........just a suggestion...............but overall it was cool!!!!!
